Nurofen Express 256 mg Tablets are absorbed up to twice as fast as standard Ibuprofen to help provide fast pain relief.<\/p>\n

Directions<\/h3>\n

Initial dose, one or two tablets, then if necessary, one or two tablets every four hours. Do not exceed six tablets in any 24 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. For oral administration. To be taken with water. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Elderly: No special dosage modifications are required.<\/p>\n

Safety Warning<\/h3>\n

Do not take more than 6 tablets in any 24 hour period. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Have (or have had two or more episodes of) a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding. Are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient of the product, aspirin or other related painkiller. Are taking other NSAID painkillers or aspirin with a daily dose above 75mg.<\/p>\n
