Ankle Osteoarthritis Exercises

Exercises for ankle arthritis focus on maintaining flexibility through the ankle joint as well as strengthening and balance exercises to stabilise the ankle joint. Perform stretches/ mobility exercises for 5x30 seconds and practice balance exercises for 5 minutes twice daily. Perform strength exercises with 3-4 sets x15 repetitions once daily. Find a difficulty level that is challenging without causing excessive pain.
