I have been working as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist since 2005 and have held positions as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist since 2011. I have worked under upper and lower limb orthopaedic surgeons within their clinics and have led teaching within primary care on musculoskeletal issues for many years.

We have developed this resource to support the first contact care of musculoskeletal conditions. This resource allows immediate, evidenced based musculoskeletal care which has been demonstrated in several trials to reduce chronicity and improve patient outcomes. Our exercise ladders give patients the accessibility they require to work through detailed sets of exercise ladders as their symptoms dictate putting them in control.

We have significantly increased the quality of web based musculoskeletal physiotherapy resources to improve engagement and satisfaction by patients. We achieved this by actively planning, developing and editing content ourselves. The result is a library of rehabilitation advice and exercise videos which are engaging to patients and actually reflect the technical advice prescribed in a high quality physiotherapy consult.

Suresh has worked within NHS musculoskeletal services for many years and brings his knowledge of Advanced Practice Physiotherapy management alongside his orthopaedic training. Suresh has also led MSK service development across primary and secondary care organisations.

With this broad skill set, Suresh has been able to add his knowledge of how to integrate modern, innovative solutions to the musculoskeletal pathway in an accessible manner for patients.

Adrian has over 25 years managing complex musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Within this time he has treated elite sportsmen and women as well as led on spinal pain management services. He previously pioneered physiotherapy led orthopaedic clinics which demonstrated huge improvements to patient outcomes and satisfaction.

His prior experience inspires his current role as an advanced practitioner within a busy accident & emergency department in London.

Adrian has brought his significant insight to the development of our acute musculoskeletal injury management content as well as our more advanced strengthening exercises designed to develop pre sports specific strength for individuals. He continues to develop our power based rehabilitation content which is currently in the editing suite.
