Ankle Pain Exercises

Ankle pain exercises are designed to address the common causes of ankle pain including stiffness in the calf muscles and weakness to the muscles which supported the ankle joint. Perform stretches/ mobility exercises for 5x30 seconds and practice balance exercises for 5 minutes twice daily. Perform strength exercises with 3-4 sets x15 repetitions twice daily. Find a difficulty level that is challenging without causing excessive pain.
