Exercises to treat golfer’s elbow focus on placing a gradual increase in load through the affected elbow tendon (common flexor tendon). These exercises increase muscle and tendon strength and also stimulate tendon healing. Perform stretches/ mobility exercises for 5×30 seconds twice daily. Perform strength exercises with 3-4 sets x15 repetitions twice daily. To treat golfer’s elbow most effectively, select a difficulty level that is mildly painful when performing the strength exercises.
