Trigger Finger Management

In some cases, a trigger finger may require injections or in rare cases surgery to release the tendon. However, often this condition may settle over time without invasive intervention. Exercises to keep the tendon moving in the early stages and flexibility and strengthening exercises for the trigger finger in the later stages will often expedite recovery >> For stretches and mobility exercises perform them once or twice per day for 3-4 minutes. For strengthening exercises, aim to perform them every other day with a load that you can manage for 30-45 seconds or 6-12 repetitions. Repeat these repetitions 3-4 x each session you perform...
